I ordered 2 of the bird cat toys going by the video on your website. On the website, the birds fly. The ones I got (@ $15.99 each) just lay there and chirp. Also the feathers fall out just by my tossing it to my cat. I would like to return these for a refund.

SCAM!
SCAM!! Products never delivered as promised. Ordered the Advent Calendar for our grandson the beginning of November and it never showed up. Sent several emails to their customer service email…no answer to anything!! Called the phone number listed on their website but only a recording and no way to contact the company for a resolution. Highly disappointed!! I called the credit card company and submitted a dispute. I will never order from this company again - EVER!! It’s a SCAM!!

I placed an order with Sakerplus
I placed an order with Sakerplus. I received an email stating the item was delivered. It never was (my security camera confirmed). They then said they’d issue a refund. I also never received a refund. Stay far away from this scammy company.
Trustpilot emailed to request more information. Here it is:
On 11/18/25 I placed an order for a product on the Sakerplus website.
On 12/06/25 I received an email from Sakerplus stating the item had been delivered.
I have an outside security camera. There was no recorded delivery on this date. I then emailed Sakerplus support stating it was not delivered. They responded that it was and sent me the tracking. Based on the tracking, I was home at the time (and so was my LOUD dog; no bark out of her due to no delivery person on the front porch).
I sent another email (with expletives; my apologies). I then googled issues with this company. Yikes.
On 12/07/25 I received an emaill stating they refunded me. There was nothing from Sakerplus in my credit card account online. I again requested a refund via email.
On 12/08/25 I received an email from Sakerplus with the tracking link and a statement of "...the shipping time will take 15 days or even longer" (this was AFTER they stated the package had been delivered). No delivery. I again asked for a refund. They then responded that they had - once again - submitted a refund. No refund in my CC online account.
I then contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge. They immediately issued a credit. Thank you, Chase.
Please let me know if you need any more information about this transaction.
