I can't speak to the accounting side of Expensify, but, as an end user (coding my expenses and matching up receipts), it is the simplest expense tracking software that I have used.

Sorting and tagging expenses and matching them with receipts is straight-forward and easy.

Expensify has been so easy to use, I often think I am doing something wrong or leaving something out. I have used Expensify briefly at other companies, but I really get a different perspective on it at my new workplace. Utilizing it for not only our expenses, but also for reporting, is simple and takes very little of my time. It's usually one or two clicks and then a report is off to be approved. Viewing receipts just takes a hover of the mouse to see everything. No more downloading! And it is working with our other software to import certain expenses so no more double entry. I'm very happy with Expensify.

It is straightforward, the auto capture feature just works, it sorts out currencies for me for when I travel internationally, and I can track things super easily - the Insights tab is great for seeing the spread of the spend.

I find this app to be simple to navigate, scanning receipts takes seconds, and creating reports is straightforward. It makes tracking expenses quick and hassle-free. If we had it at home, I think my CPA wife would actually let pay the bills.

I love the ability to snap a pic of the receipt and click send and the expense is recorded in Expensify. It automatically assigns it to the next open expense report and attempts to categorize the expense. It is simple to click on an expense and re-categorize it if misclassified. It is so easy to work with and prepares clear reports by category for my reporting to management - I highly recommend expensify. I've been using expensify for the last 2.5 years and use it to generater simple expense reimbursement reports and it works works flawlessly.

Expensify has been easy to work with and helps us get reimbursements more quickly from our employer. The program is user friendly (important for these baby boomers!), and there is a smooth relationship between getting your info into Expensify and on to the company for reimbursement. We intend to use it during our retirement as well!

I am an infrequent user of expensify so, I'm not a power user. That said, you don't have to be a power user because the user interface is so easy to use. The once or twice a month I use Expensify is not a chore, I don't have to ask for help, I just use it. Way too easy!
