I discovered Incard Bank in July 2024 and noticed it was designed for e-commerce businesses. I thought, Why not give it a try? You never know, and the results have blown me away! I’m absolutely impressed by this bank, it’s everything I’ve been looking for over the years. It’s simple, fast, and intuitive, with no unnecessary complications. Honestly, I’m wondering where the catch is, how can a bank be this efficient? I feel like I’m dreaming!
What’s even better is that everything works flawlessly. As an e-commerce seller handling daily transactions and receiving payments every day, Incard Bank keeps up without a hitch. It’s seamless and reliable, which is crucial for my business. I’m in the process of migrating all my e-commerce activities to this bank, that’s how convinced and satisfied I am with their service. All I hope is that it stays this good for as long as possible!

Their platform doesn't support companies in the US, and since my company is in the US, I can't even access their services. If that changes, I'll try them out and update my review based on the experience they provide. But until then I'll just have to find someone else.

Exceptional support
I've been using Incard for almost six months now, and I have nothing but praise for their services.
I want to give a special shout-out to Alex, one of the managers, for their exceptional support.
Managing multiple e-commerce sites means I handle payments and transfers daily, so having a responsive bank is crucial. When I received a request for verification and additional information for my business, I was impressed by their efficiency. The verification process started late on a Saturday afternoon and was completed by 11 PM the same day after I submitted all the required documents. I have never encountered a bank that is so responsive and attentive to its customers, especially on a Saturday!

THE BEST BANK FOR E-COMMERCE!
I used to spend hours everyday trying to find a bank for my e-com business but kept getting rejected and rejected. Then I found Incard. Even if it is a new bank it ticks all the boxes
Infinite Virtual Cards
A beautiful design on the physical card
and so on!
But most importantly they understand that you are an ecom business and won't annoy you everyday with verifications!
I expected to have some issues with my Shopify Payout but nope. If you are in ecom and want a bank that wont hold your funds after 2 sales, Incard is for you!
I am excited for future features, I would love for them to add a credit card so I don't have to wait for payouts!
