Hair is more than I expected. Great color, lace and fit. This is the first wig I have ever received that the ear tabs are in the right place, no need for cutting. I can also wear it as is without glue because of the fit. I love it. I have wanted curly hair that looks this realistic without having to do anyhting exept put it on and go. Customer service is also great and timely. Shipping was fast too. They didn't have what I first wanted and let me know right away. We then decided on what I would take. I'm glad I made the right choice. I am going to order from them again. I have found my wig supplier! As a woman with severe alopecia, this makes me very happy that I can cover my bald head and no one will ever know that I am wearing a wig. I especially love the wig because of how realistic it looks. Mike is great. His customer service is excellent.

I had issues with my purchase. The color of the Kinky Curly bundles were not correct. I emailed the KLAIYI Customer for assistance. Someone responded back with the option to exchange or refund. They were willing to give me a full refund. The return process was really simple.

They realized on a bundle I ordered. It was going to be a minute before they could get it. They contacted me in a timely manner and gave me options on what I could do. The accommodated me for the bundle. And as soon as they fixed that. They shipped it out . Very professional and helpful. I thank you for being professional and polite.

Ordered a wig accidentally entered my last address ,I emailed them and they got it on it changing my address! The ordering process was fast and easy! Waiting on my wig to get here when it does I’ll write another review of wig! Super excited bc I’ve heard great things about company and wig

Shipping took long I was very grateful you refunded the 30 shipping fee. I order the reddish brown wig and the cherry wig. I’m a cancer survivor and I have no hair. I received the brown and was told the red had to be customized. When I finally received the cherry black it was beautiful but after 2 days it matted up. I did not put any chemicals on it just water and it’s ruined. 2 much money for bad wigs. The other one did the same thing. $ 300 gone.

I am not pleased with the service. I am regular customer. I place all my hair orders with this company. I ordered bundles with a closure on Monday the 17th to get my hair done for the holidays. I PAID for 1-2 shipping. It’s now the 20th and my hair hasn’t even shipped. I received a email stating I had to confirm my address in which I NEVER had to confirm before and to confirm I that I made the transaction I sent proof of both and was told that my hair would be shipped ASAP and to look out for shipping updates. Well 12 hrs later . I STILL haven’t received my shipping confirmation email. I need my hair by SATURDAY, 11/22/2025! This is so unprofessional and inconvenient. Especially because I PAID for EXPEDITED SHIPPING
