I previously had a domain with another hosting company as well as Bluehost. I did not like that company. They had a terrible interface and the help was really bad. I will stay with Bluehost because they always get my (many) problems sorted quickly. Their team is very knowledgeable.

I paid $42 for the first year - it then auto-renewed without my knowledge for $220!! This is more than +500% increase.
The response from Bluehost was: "....Renewal rates can sometimes differ from the initial promotional pricing. And all these products are auto-renewed.

This is highway robbery, and pretty criminal behaviour, I would say.
Today was my first time using Bluehost. I was able to live chat with a real human representative, who was able to fully assist me, and answer all of my questions efficiently. I also appreciated that I could upload screenshots to the live chat so the representative could see what I was explaining.
The patience, understanding and explaining of the representatives I have worked with is outstanding. The cost out ways the hassle I have had with other companies that keep charging more and more to resolve issues. Thank you Bluehost.

The guy who called was pretty fantastic. I can't remember his name, but if I could, I would shout him out. He helped me do a few things that I didn't even know I needed to do. He gave me all the time I needed and he walked me through what to do step by step!

I've been with Bluehost for decades. They have always proven to be the best out there whether a single website hosting or multiple. Sometimes people don't realize how Bluehost stands out until trying someone different, but there is no doubt, if you are someone who doesn't know your way around hosting, or someone who does, they have the solution for all walks of life. Customer service is most important to me, and that they have beyond anyone else I've tried. Of course, each is different and my review is patterned after my own limitations, needs, and somewhat know my way around in this area. Thank you, Bluehost for being there for me.
