Worst courier company that I’ve had to deal with! My package was meant to be delivered by the 10/10/25 it is now the 14/10/25 and the package is still sitting at Exeter depot with no signs of it being delivered! I’ve tried calling and emailing them multiple times with no luck!

Updates being constantly edited and or deleted, delivery being attempted and nobody home, despite being home and having a ring doorbell. Pictures of “attempted” delivery being a black screen.
If you actually want the thing you pay for, then do not go with DHL, because they will not deliver you package and they will not respond to your customer enquiries.

Dreadful! I waited on the phone to customer services for 25 mins in a 'queue' had to hang up eventually. My parcel was going to be delivered (a day late) but they emailed to say I wasn't at home and sorry they missed me; it wasn't surprising as the photograph of the delivery address they went to wasn't my home they had gone to the wrong address. I was waiting at home. I can't get through to customer service (an actual person) and the automated service helpfully informs me they missed me. Will have to call the shop I purchased the item from.
Lying, incompetent disgraceful mess
Not only to do DHL not turn up when they say they will, they lie about it, sending you gaslighting notifications like “parcel refused” or “delivery attempted” when it clearly wasn’t. If you ever do get your parcel it will probably look like it has been kicked down some stairs and thrown at a wall. They have contempt for their client companies and the customers they are delivering to. Do not use this disgraceful excuse for a company and avoid businesses that use them for deliveries as you likely won’t get your parcel. I hope they go out of business.

I ordered Starlink because the fastest internet i can get is around 23mbs, iv'e spent ages trying to find a better solution and was a little excited when i found starlink as i could now finally get 2009 speeds.
DHL Ecommerce to deliver 7.10.2025 between 18:07-19:07. Great, i get home from work at 18:00, i dont have to make other arrangments" at 16:30 that day i get "we must of missed you", with a picture of my front door.
you are correct good sir, you did miss me, because like most responsible adults i have this thing called a "job" im guessing your company realises that, thats how most adults operate, i would even go as far as to say its probably the reason that they give pointless time windows that they dont adhere to as adults gotta adult from time to time.
an hour later i get another email "your package is out for delivery" "maybe the guy is still out on route and is gonna try again, ill double check to see if i need to stay home"
no i wont, turns out that its actually scientifically impossible to speak to a human being at dhl express, however their automated phoneline states that the package will be delivered on the wednesday now, between 18:07-19:07, im not falling for that one again pal! I arrange it for friday as im off.
So i am sitting at home friday, i have a bunch of typical single dad day off errands to crack on with, school runs, food shopping, typical " have to leave your house" type of gigs..
i drop the little lady off to school and then i come home and wait..... and wait..... and wait.... gets to around 2pm and i check dhl delivery again, still saying that it will be delivered today, hold up, apparently it hasnt even left the depot yet??
i take a punt and ring up dhl express, start to explain to the lovely lady the aggro i have had so far, i get as far as "delivering early and no human" and she says "dhl ecommerce?"
i explain that i just need to know wether i can leave my house or not to run errands, she says she only has the automated phone number aswell.
so i try the automated one and apparently my parcel is being returned to the sender???? but their tracking says its being delivered on that day still??
whys it being returned? i know, ill call DHL ecommerce to speak to someone to find out what is going on.... LOL
again there isnt a single human being that picks up a phone at DH HELL eccomerce so how am i suppossed to have a scooby what is going on???
at this stage i am furious and all i wanna do is get my karen on!
i remember the lady saying that the best way to find out about the delivery is by contacting the company you purchased from so they can reach out to them.
"ah cool, im paying £75 a month for internet, im sure outstanding customer service is some of the reason for that audastioucs sum, right..... RIGHT?"
so i go on the starlink website, hmmm i cant find a phone number... i gooogle, chatgpt, look through reddit, na, you cant speak to a human at starlink either ... you can speak to their grok though, who will "understand your frustration" if that takes some of the weight off paying to be held prisoner in your own house whilst continously getting mugged off by a delivery company who does what they like, and you cant do a single thing about it..
the best solution StarGrok had was to create a support ticket.. thats not going to let me know if i can leave my house or not, as dramatic as that sounds, DHL have already shown that their time keeping skills are below par and that they cant be bothered to turn up on some days and then let you know right at the end off the day "yeh we couldnt be assed today, lol, we may or may not turn up tommorrow, we will see how we feel tommoz innit"
So in all honesty i did not want to risk giving them the oppitunity to mug me off anymore.
anyways, i tell stargrok that i need to know if this delivery will be today, i dont care if its not, i just need to do stuff, it tells me the ticket is the only option but it will flag it as an emergency as its time sensitive, so i start the ticket and send about 4 messages detailing my situation, i go leave my house and taste freedom.
i get home, i havnt heard from starlink, then i think " i know the delivery situiation isnt Starlinks fault, but deciding to pick a courior service with the worst reputation in the world's... worst off shoot of said company, was.. and what happens if my internet goes down and i need to contact starlink on the internet to get my internet back on?
so i ask starlink on the same support ticket for a refund and to cancel.
its now monday night, i havnt heard from starlink, but apparently refusing delivery innitiates a cancellation which is great because DHL reearanged my delivery for today, oh wait, just got an email, "your shipment is due to be delivered on tuesday 14th october 2025"

The DHL-ECommerce driver dumped the heavy parcel in front of the entrance of my front door, disregarding the direction of the arrows on the parcel, with messy consequences to the contents of the heavy parcel, dislodging the horizontal rain guard at the base of the front door, and blocking the exit/entrance to my front door. It cost me GBP 68.00 to have the rain guard re-positioned, but the only thing that DHL can say is: "The report does not reflect the high standard we always maintain....blah blah blah blah" A full load of useless empty talk, but what they are actually saying is: "Oops! Tough Luck!" I have clicked on 1 star, because I do not have the option of selecting Below Zero Star. DHL do not interact with the "plaintiff", i.e. myself, but with the sender, i.e.a firm arranging for the delivery of the heavy parcel by DHL. I can only hope that the scathing emails I asked the sender to forward to DHL were not expurgated.

Claiming I have refused delivery when on the 1st day they didn't turn up at all (Tracking said "Running late"!)
2nd time they arrived an hour earlier than the delivery slot so of course no one was there and the 3rd time they came on a day completely different to the one requested..
The customer service form on the website says "We aim to respond within 24 hours." Yeah. Good luck with that. Never had a response ever.

Terrible experience with DHL - they attended the wrong address twice and then closed the case and told me to buy a new postage label. Awful service - it felt like they couldn't care less about their customers and business. Avoid if you can - other companies are much more reliable (I post regularly) with much better customer service.

I have no issues with the normal DHL get parts delivered all over the world with no issues.
But this set up is a total sham the driver is rude bordering on white hatred but ha ho I’m not bothered about that I just want my parcel Iv paid extra for delivery of. My supplier must be loosing a lot of business using them as I now only use if I can’t get the items elsewhere sorry RS Components it your loss of future business

Absolutely rubbish. They claim to have tried to deliver to my home address, and took a photo of what appears to be a random house. It's not my house.
This isn't the first time that DHL ecommerce has failed to deliver to me.
I wish ecommerce sellers would stop using them, because they just don't care.

Worst company ever, they gave me the ootion of picking up the parcel from a pick up point that is closed, i did not know this, keep trying to deliver tp a closed shop and not giving me any optio to change was due for delivery on the 25/10/25 and still no parcel, absolute joke

I paid £100 for an item the seller listed courier as DHL or Royal Mail that's good I thought. The seller actually used DHL eCommerce going by my previous experience my thoughts were oh no not these clowns again. Low and behold after using the tracking system a dark cloud started to form, the parcel had been collected at 06.31 on 7 Oct 2025 then on 8 Oct 2025 at 10.35 I'm greeted with "We're sorry but we do not appear to have received your consignment from the sender". Surely when items are collected they are scanned so they can be tracked. If your seller is going to use DHL eCommerce to ship your items think twice about the purchase.

Had hour slot for collection 7 Oct was in ALL DAY no one came but driver updated tracking with "71 Premises Closed" had earache and blame from Buyer accusing me of not being home.
Same happened 8th, 9th and 10th!!

Email address undeliverable.
Phone number automated and hangs up on you so could not find out what driver was playing at. Absolute mess! Stressful, a waste of time and unprofessional DO NOT USE

My delivery was 2 hours late. The driver made no apology. Why can't you update me on when it will be delivered so I don't have to wait in for 4 hours!?
This isn't the first time this has happened. I get that traffic and things change but surely you can update the customer using your systems.

God help you if you were ever missed your delivery. First they dont inform you they are coming. Website is rubbish, lacks information. you cant rebook delivery. the parcel just goes straght back to their warehouse and then if you dont collect, back to the sender. My PC from Dell has been back and forth twice. And as for speaking to an actual human being, forget it.

I have had same problem as many on here. power supply from Dell 27Sep supposed to be out for delivery on Saturday 4oct but did not arrive by Tuesday I asked Dell to chase had a text on Tuesday 7oct to say they have the parcel and let me know when out for delivery ??

Please avoid this company like the plague. They are unreliable, dishonest and vitual uncontactable if you have problems with collections or deliveries.
Why on earth eBay continue to use them for large parcels is beyond belief.
Over 3 days of non collection of a parcel.Eventually after collection, after 1 week eBay contacted me to say the the parcel was lost in transit.
My buyer did get a refund, but now there is a very expensive item lost in some warehouse which allegedly will never be found.
This logistic company needs to have its trading licence revoked.
