Fraudulent, dangerous drivers.
An Uber driver lied because they were late, stated they were 'waiting for me' but weren't anywhere near my pick up location and then they cancelled my trip when they got to me, which cost me £4.73 and then told me I need to pay via his contactless payment device. I reported this to Uber and they did NOTHING and refused to issue a refund. Your drivers are committing fraud, I've sent all the images and details I have and customer services couldn't care less. They just keep repeating themselves over and over again.

I booked a uber to pick me uo from work, However when the driver arrived he was not in the vehicle that was sent to me on the app, So i did not get in the vehicle, I had to call a family member to come pick me up,Uber said that could not refund me my money back which is crazy, I have deleted tha app from my phone so what they have the right to not refund yoy your money when they are at fault, I think its time to file a class action law suit, this is unreal!! something has to be done!!!!!! Yet again I am posting a negative comment about UBER. Someone has been using my account fraudulently. Seven amounts have been taken out of my account for trips I did not order or take. I contacted UBER and they 'kindly’🤬 gave me the forename of the person allegedly sharing my account and suggested I spoke to them personally. I stated I do not share my account with anyone. I have told them to remove any links with anyone purporting to be sharing my account. They are still telling me to contact them personally 🤬🤬🤬🤬

They left me stranded on a business trip. I downloaded the app and had never used it. The first time I went to use it, my account was locked. My only option was to submit a support request. A couple days later the said I violated T&C. I'd never even used them! I submitted an appeal through support and they claimed fraudulent activity. First time using them? I'm a married, business professional who travels for work. There's no real person to speak to try to rectify their mistake. Horrible customer experience!
Uber completely failed to help me recover my lost documents
I left my jacket with all my personal documents and money in an Uber car. The driver promised to return it within an hour but never showed up and stopped responding. Uber Support marked the case as urgent, yet did nothing to actually help.
Now I’m stuck abroad, unable to travel or leave the country without my documents. I even informed both the Bulgarian and American consulates. Uber has the driver’s full information but refuses to take real action. This is unacceptable — their support system is useless when you truly need help.

Uber cancelled the trip at the last minute, and by the last minute, I mean a few minutes after they were supposed to have picked me up. No reason, nothing.
They have offered me £20 compensation when I almost missed a plane that cost me over a £1000 plus hotels.

We got an Uber Taxi in Aycliff, i dropped my phone in the back of the car, and we rang it and it rang then went off, then i went on Google to Find my Phone and it was Traveling away from me. We Rang the Driver and he Stated there was nothing there, we Rang Ubers Headquarters who Stated go to the Police.
I know my phone was still in the Taxi, but these just Blagged me of my Property. I have Since Blocked the Phone and All my Cards.
I Would Advise People to Use your Local Taxis, as these are Most Definetly Untrustworthy.

I booked an Uber to pick up my husband from the local hospital. The booking was confirmed and charged and a few minutes later it was just cancelled!!!! Terrible service! OK they refunded the fare but the taxi was important! Never again!

Charged twice for same journey.
Uber App sent us to the wrong location for pick up which created a wait for the driver. Driver’s car stank of cigarette smoke, the smell transferred to my hair and clothes. They had the cheek to charge a fee for drivers wait time. To top it all, 2 days later I have been charged again for the same journey. Appalling standards from Uber. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth.
I would award zero stars if an option!

On 24 May I was correctly charged 180.15 SEK for a trip in Sweden. On 31 August 2025 I took another trip in England, charged £21.95 (286.82 SEK). On 1 September 2025, however, I was also charged 624.10 SEK, which was incorrectly added to my May 24 trip, even though it was already paid months earlier.
I contacted support who first said it was a hold, then closed the case after 30 days. This is a billing error. This is either a scam from the driver or Uber but either way Iv been charged for some trip I never took and they refuse to fix it.

Two unsatisfactory and separate…
Two unsatisfactory and separate instances with Uber.. First was a fare that was much higher than quoted and seems there is not a way to dispute as customer service is nonexistent. Second was even worse. Requested a ride for 3 passengers and luggage (XL vehicle), the driver called and asked how any passengers and then told me to call for an XL and hung up on me. When I attempted to contact customer service, I received an automated voucher for use in the next 7 days. Not traveling now so this does me no good. I'm out the money and no way to contact Uber. I will not be using them ever again and will advise my vast client base not to either.

I don't have an Uber membership, it was cancelled in July and does not show up on my account as having a membership. Despite this I am charged every month and have to keep challenging it, tantamount to theft at this point. Customer service non existent. Awful company avoid like the plague.

On the whole I can’t fault uber. But last week we accidentally left one of my daughter’s wheelchair foot rest in the back of the car. I should have checked but she was just out of hospital and had, had an operation. The driver said he had checked so I believed him. However the next day I realised it was missing I contacted the driver though the uber app he was very rude and said that he would bring it back to me for £50! This was an absolute joke the fare hadn’t cost that much. He gave me his personal number and said to contact him though that so uber didn’t know. I checked this out and reached out to uber who said they would look into it as it’s a serious breech and get back to me. They did manage to get the footrest and I payed fed ex £15 to deliver it to me. I am disgusted that no one from uber has followed this up and let me know the outcome. They have a driver, who is clearly a law unto himself demanding money and handing out his phone number to anyone. I worry this could happen to a vulnerable person. Uber needs to get rid of this driver as he is clearly only in it to scam customers. I should add my son did get the boot and saw nothing and it was at night. I feel he kept it back so we would have to contact him and pay £50 to get it back. Uber get rid of this driver!!!!

Sir, I requested a trip, agreed the price... she was 17 min when it startedm check the time line... she was about 10 minutes to arrive, so suddenly she parked wasted about 15 minutes stating she got lost ona neighborhood,, but I looked at the map she was just parked.. she changed her mind to pick my ill girlfriend because it was raining
I called her she said its on her way than wasted another 7 min parked..... they always do this when its raining
. Change mind and waste time expecting us to cancel so a 17min ride last more than an hour or so..... That's why I feel I was over charged.. if I would known she will do this I would use different service .. I need my girlfriend picked up when it was raining... That's my f problem... It happened so many times before.. again do something or I'ma review social media BBB you every free minute I get... I'm looking forward your answer on this
