Sir, I requested a trip, agreed the price... she was 17 min when it startedm check the time line... she was about 10 minutes to arrive, so suddenly she parked wasted about 15 minutes stating she got lost ona neighborhood,, but I looked at the map she was just parked.. she changed her mind to pick my ill girlfriend because it was raining
I called her she said its on her way than wasted another 7 min parked..... they always do this when its raining
. Change mind and waste time expecting us to cancel so a 17min ride last more than an hour or so..... That's why I feel I was over charged.. if I would known she will do this I would use different service .. I need my girlfriend picked up when it was raining... That's my f problem... It happened so many times before.. again do something or I'ma review social media BBB you every free minute I get... I'm looking forward your answer on this

They are so damn money hungry they’ll claim that sharing the ride is saving you money (which it’s not) and they’ll add someone else to the ride and charge what you’d pay just riding by yourself.

We had a dishonest driver called Sadik.
He picked us up from Melissa's Suites, Lara, Antalya at around 07:30 on 13/10/2026.
He did not put the meter on but we already knew that the app said the price would be between 800 and 1200 TL.
On arrival at the Otogar, he said the price was 1400 TL !!
We asked to see the meter but he said no.
We said that we won't pay that amount and ended up paying what we thought would be the max of 1200.
About 5/10 mins later we received an e mail from Uber stating the official price should have been 1025 TL.
The sections of the Uber receipt to press for review of the driver or Contact could not be accessed. Maybe the driver disabled it somehow so that we could not report him.
Shame on his greed and horrible nature.

Claim that driver was about to accept ride in few seconds but kept waiting. Pre- booked car did not arrive and no information about it either leaving it stressful to go to the airport. Not using Uber for pre-planned trips any more

Scam company !!! They stole 20 pounds from me. I bought a uber gift card becayse of an advert that I get rewards for it. I regret it so much!!! Now theyre keeping my 20£ in the account and I never receive any penny from it when I'd book a ride. Tested and no matter which settings, my debit/credit card together with cash, only cash or whatever else, no matter what i enter , there is no option for me to use my 20 pounds which are locked in uber gift card. Your money will stay there forever !!!! Because they take it and make this fake look "20 pounds" but you can't use it.
Robbery scam and fraud. Uber is a rude fraud company who are stealing money!!! Other taxis are cheaper anyway.

The driver tried to charge us extra by saying that I had put in the wrong location. I showed him in the app it was correct, to the bcn terminal 1. He wanted an extra 30€. I had already paid for the trip, this was cash in pocket.

Uber refusing to release my £3,800 EV Assistance balance under Clean Air Plan
I’ve been an Uber driver in London for several years and was part of Uber’s Clean Air Plan. I received £300 per month while driving an MG5 EV from Summer 2024 until December 2024. Uber’s own email confirmed that I still had £3,800 remaining to use on an electric vehicle, valid until 30 September 2025, as long as I switched back to an EV and submitted a claim.
I switched back to a 2022 Tesla Model 3 on 1 September 2025 and completed over 150 trips that month — fully meeting Uber’s criteria. However, despite sending multiple messages and providing proof, Uber has repeatedly closed my support threads without resolving the issue or escalating it to the EV Assistance team.
I’ve been polite and patient, but now I’m being ignored and my case is being closed over and over again. I’ve made it clear that if this continues, I’ll escalate the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, TfL, and an employment solicitor.
All I want is for Uber to honour their own Clean Air Plan terms and release the remaining £3,800 or resume the £300 monthly payments I’m entitled to.
This is extremely disappointing treatment of a driver who has followed every rule and supported Uber’s transition to electric vehicles.

Long waits for a driver to confirm. And then cancels. Wait again. Confirmed. Canceled..... And repeat. Uber is totally unreliable now. Oh and if I cancel, uber charges me. Nice.

After emailing, messaging and phoning. They wont accept responsibility. They say its Thanes clippers, but I ised the Uber app, the money taken, reciept, ticket, and email all say Uber. UBER Is The Worst Mistake I Ever Made!!
I’m surprised they’ve earned a 1.6 rating overall. Even that is undeserved. My “driver”, Marat, was supposed to arrive in 9 minutes. He went from 9 to 15 minutes then to 6 and 4 then 8, 10, 12, 16 minutes and clearly traveling in the opposite direction of my location while refusing to respond to any messages. What a loser! After several requests for a Live Rep, debating with a Chat Bot and getting nowhere, the app finally assigned another driver who drove on the shoulder, on the grass, continually jammed on his brakes, rubbed his face and was obviously falling asleep behind the wheel!! Thank God I finally made it there alive! Not once during this entire ordeal was I ever able to contact a Live Rep from UBER or get any help. Their nonexistent “customer service” is an abomination. At the end of the day I was 45 minutes late for work! Before I deleted the app I think I saw they gave me a 15% off promo code for next time. THERE WON’T BE A NEXT TIME! We’re done! I will Rollerblade to work before I ever get in a car with another non English speaking UBER driver.

Uber unreliable and undependable
Just landed at my local airport, Redmond, Oregon. Tried to get an Uber to take me home. Their price: $322.45 for a normal $73. 00 trip. They said because of unusually high demand. Had to rent a car just to get home. This makes Uber a completely unreliable and undependable transportation service. I will try to avoid using Uber as much as possible in the future and try to find alternative transportation methods.

Uber driver stole my laptop and Uber refused to help
I scheduled a ride with Uber in London, the Uber driver called Hekmat arrived, I put my laptop in the car and he suddenly left without any notice and canceled the ride. Uber refuses to help and initially denied everything, wishing me "to find my laptop where I lost it". This is an awful experience and Uber protects a driver who stole instead of helping a customer to get their property back. Uber has all the communication with the driver, including messages, and calls and could easily track his journey and find the theft's videos and evidence but they categorically refused to help me getting back my laptop.
