It was supposed to take 2-3 business days, but unfortunately, it took 4. If you're looking for on-time delivery, unfortunately, you can't rely on it. Maybe I'll try again...

Really good and quick
Fine this time
They delivered my parcel on time and it wasn’t destroyed, stolen, on fire or lobbed into a bush. What more can you ask? Would be 5 stars if the didn’t make you download their app to see photo confirmation of the delivery.

I have read good & bad reviews but I can only say what I have witnessed. Great delivery people.
Liars or Incompetents
It is my opinion that Yodel should immediately cease to operate and that the CEO and all senior management should face criminal charges. I imagine an interview with them to become delivery staff would go like this, "Hello.....You'll do." Do any of them comprehend that inside those bags and boxes are the property of their customers, both senders and recipients? Sat Navs are flawed which means local knowledge is vital as well as time management skills. Knowing how many items you can SAFELY deliver within a timespan is paramount. And 'delivered' means placed into the recipients hands or into the care of a neighbour or stored in an appropriate safe place out of sight and the elements. 'Delivered' does not mean thrown on the floor outside a door. The word for that action is 'ABANDONED.' This is a bad word. It is the opposite of delivered. Also don't send an email which begins with, "We tried to deliver today..." when you did not at all this is called a LIE. Lying is very bad and the only way you can avoid the label of 'Liar' is to accept the alternative...'Incompetant.'

Terrible company run by idiots
Terrible company run by idiots!
Parcel is 2 weeks late and is needed as a birthday present for tomorrow! Been told 3 different delivery dates which I’ve waited in for all day and it never came, fobbed off and told the same generic shit by the foreigners they pay to manage their online chat and now one told me they’ve lost it but refuse to mark it as lost as the next chat bot person said it isn’t lost! So I’m down £300, no present and can’t buy another as these idiots won’t mark it as lost or deliver it.
Selby depot is where it’s suppose to be at which is only 40min away but of course I’m not allowed to go pick it up have to wait for these fools to do it…. Stick to Evri or Royal Mail!
Fast and easy

DO NOT USE
Very important package for my new born baby which Yodel can’t be bothered to deliver. THREE days they have said it’s coming. Tracking shows van 1 mile away. Each day failed to deliver.
Contacting them is pointless. Lie upon lie upon lie. Companies who use Yodel will never get my business again.
Item will be cancelled.
Disgusting.
Good service but needs improvements.
The collection driver is always efficient and very polite but once the parcel has been processed into the system it is unclear when and what time the parcel will be delivered. But overall, we are satisfied with the general service.

Never had a problem with yodel delivering to my address 👏 it really just depends where you live though as my daughter its been a nightmare for her 🙈 i would definitely use yodel where im living 👍
They have a lot more parcel and no help…
They have a lost my parcel and no help whatsoever. Now out of pocket. Because the delivery driver lost it saying returning to customer, but that was six days ago still had nothing all I get off them is take it with Vinted they are bad these bunch Cowboys
A delivery company that doesn't actually deliver.... oh, what a time to be alive!
Yodel technically failed to attempt delivery the first time becuse 'more information needed'. Made it onto the delivery van but driver didn't/ couldn't deliver.
So onto the webhelp desk. Checked address, fine. Checked w3w pin, fine. Rebooked delivery
Following day 'more information needed' (like, what???!!!!) No delivery attempt made, parcel didn't even leave the depot this time. Tried the phone line this time. Dude read back my full address to me. Confirmed he couldn't see any other issues. Rebooked delivery...
Following day 'more information needed' No delivery attempt made, parcel didn't even leave the depot. Back to webhelp (as phone system won't put me through to a human). So, did this twice more. Can you guess what happened? Yup, 'more information needed'
By this time I'd also contacted InPosts executive help and the sender. Both wanted to wait 48-72hrs before doing anything. This seems odd to me. Im no courier but looking at the track its there's obviously something very amiss that needs urgent action.
So, I tried webhelp again. Explained to the operator 'if you don't know what more information you need to deliver a parcel in your possession, I can't really help you' So, 'pls can we drill down a little deeper here so we can get our hands on the issue today... pls!' Turned out there was no flat number (well, there was the last few times I called in!) Sorted it out. Rebooked delivery.
By this time InPosts executive desk informs me (from an email I can reply to) the parcel is 'processing though our system' Errrrrrm, no it isn't are you looking at the same tracking number as me???!
So again this parcel has 'more information needed needed' And again I go into webhelp to discover the information I gave yesterday has disappeared! Address information was not actually updated (??!) Go through the motions again. Book redelivery. This time I'm encouraged to see 'address and delivery updated' in the tracking for the first time.
Following day parcel has left depot, hooray! However driver decided there was 'more information needed' so didn't bother to deliver. But the option to send the parcel to a Yodel shop is now activated as a delivery has been 'attempted'. So I pick this, get a confirmation from Yodel they will drop it at the shop instead.
Following afternoon 'your parcel has been returned to sender' What the fresh hell??!! No one at Yodel is able to satisfactorily explain what more information they needed to deliver a parcel with accurate delivery information supplied by the sender. Or why the parcel was returned with an active parcel shop request on it.
I can safely say this has been the most irritating, futile delivery experience I've ever had. We tried Yodel. I tried, the sender tried to help you. Even pleaded with them to pick it up from depot (as they're a deliver company that don't deliver) But despite our efforts Yodel managed to knawls up a simple delivery to an easy address so badly not even McGyver could fix it.
To everyone else. Never, ever use this parcel company. Companies don't function this badly without massive structural issues from the top down.
