Absolutly disgraceful service. Said attempted delivery I am in 24/7 and have cctv NO Yodel courier has called. Plus there is a BIG sign on the gates under the cctv that says please leave parcel in the blue bin below. How this company has any stars is beyond me. Reference number is JJD0002233578395675

They was supposed to collect a parcel from me on Monday 13th October it's now the 16th and I'm still waiting, I used the chat option to try and sort it out but this was useless as they organised a collection on a day when I'm working and nobody will be in and won't let me choose a day or time that suits me

I ordered a parcel to be delivered to a local shop. However it wasn’t there, it had been checked in by the driver but simply wasn’t at the store. To say yodels customer service is bad would be an understatement. Multiple contacts with the promise of an investigation, emails, recalls, a month on and I’m still waiting. Stupidly I ordered another yodel parcel to be delivered to an another shop. That too has gone missing. Two in three weeks!! Again yodel have promised me updates and I’ve heard nothing again. I don’t like to assume but what if they are being stolen? I can’t take the chance anymore so I refuse to use them.

Email and message to give me a 2 hour collection window, when no one arrived to uplift I contacted them to be told that time was an estimate and they had tried and failed to make contact as no one was home! I was in all day and they said they had been at the door 3 hours earlier than the email was sent! Checked my video doorbell ( which is in perfect working order) and no one was at my door at the time they said. No help from customer support. Won’t use them again.

My parcel has just disappeared
My parcel was sent by vendor promptly, scheduled for delivery on 10/10 when I was away; rescheduled for 13/10, not delivered and it’s impossible to find out what happened or speak to anyone. Chat promises that someone will email. Nothing happens. Now chat cuts me off or won’t connect!

Easy drop off and label printing …
Drop off at my local garage is easy and it’s great that they print out the sticky label for the parcel.
Delivery speed time has now been improved on, as it was a little slow in the past. I have never had any of my parcels go missing as they have always arrived safe at their destinations.
Very important parcel not delivered
A very important parcel wasn't delivered. No attempt was made and no efforts to contact me were made - I needed this parcel today. It was hay for my rabbits, rabbits need a high fibre diet to survive and they are currently without hay due to a very useless yodel driver

Was left by door in full view
Was left by door in full view. Didn’t ring or knock & it fitted thrugh letter box which is how it’s normally delivered.
I opened the door as I see him on my video doorbell, I said it wasn’t safe & I have a parcel box but why didn’t he ring????? He ingnored me & got in his car.

I was expecting a delivery that was unfortunately, due to be delivered by Yodel Inpost. I received confirmation that it had been delivered & posted through the letter box. I’ve no idea whose letterbox, if any, it was delivered through but it certainly wasn’t the correct one.

This is the second time that the driver left my parcel in the open space without my consent. I left the instructions to put the parcel in the enclosed porch. They just don’t follow instructions.

I had the option to select yodel by inpost for next day deliver. I've had this cancelled once and re-ordered with delays now at 3 days with no update or delivery even after contacting support. Better go with royal mail or any other mailing service.
No form of customer service
I have been working 12h shifts so haven't been home and now missed a parcel three days in a row. They have not attempted to call me, I cannot redirect the parcel, will not let me pick a safe place, will not let me connect to an agent and phone lines are useless also. I have no way of talking to anyone and my parcel just keeps coming up as missed delivery. Very unhappy with this service.
