Gold standard customer support.…

As a retuning customer it is a joy to be in touch with the customer support team. They are incredibly helpful and friendly and with their wide range of knowledge and experience have helped me make informed decisions about my purchases. They send samples which allow me to be more adventurous with my choices. The chocolate is devine with lots of varieties. The packaging is sturdy and delivery is quick. If I could award a Gold plus it would go to this support team. There is a warmth about them and I come away smiling.! Special thanks to Lynne this time for making my day.

I thought Evri were improving but my…

I thought Evri were improving but my last 2 deliveries have been held at the hub for longer than expected. The one delivered today was showing still at the hub when it unexpectedly arrived with badly damaged packaging. I then recieved an email to tell me my parcel is delayed ? Not very joined up. Hope you can do better in the future.

as a customer of 14 years with regular purchases I was really disappointed when I contacted customer service regarding a data sim card I had purchased months earlier and held as a backup until my sim ran out. It did not work when I came to use it. I was led to believe from the agent that as a valued long term customer it was likely I would receive a discretionary refund even though it was well passed the 30 day limit. Seven weeks and 3 more agent on I was given the news that it was outside the 30 days. So much for being a valued customer. One redeeming factor was Aisling the last agent who worked hard to get the answer from the 'Back room' team! Poor show eBay

I felt insulted when phoning to inform…

I felt insulted when phoning to inform that one of the products I had ordered was damaged. I have a three months subscription which was recommended when I first started with Yumove many years ago at their inception. The company then were in the UK, brought their dogs to work and very cusomer focussed. Now it takes a while to get past the lengthy attempts to persuade you to go online. As a woman of 70 I am not tech savvy. Once through to someone who was very pleasant but just wanted to let me know the policy around faulty goods and suggested maybe the item had been damaged by me at home as It had been with me for 2 months. Also for me to send a photo !! Eventually after much conversation where I pointed out the dramatic change in Yumove ethos I was offered a replacement. I now await a call from a "manager" Seems to have gone from friendly pet and customer centred to product image and finance. How things change once a company get established. So much for customer loyalty.
