When I realised an item was missing from the order and not the item in the dispatch note. I went to the Richmond branch and was greatly helped by Gemma who call customer service and spoke to Magaret who was super helpful. Got the problem immediately and sent the missing item to my home this morning. Greatly appreciated.

I've been shopping with SpaceNK for years, both online and in-store, with no issue. However, I recently ordered the advent calendar and rearranged the delivery date with the courier, as I wouldn't be home at the time they'd advised it would be delivered. They confirmed the new date and emailed confirmation. Four hours later, I got a notification that it had been delivered and realised they'd just dumped it outside the front door. By the time I got home, it had been taken and none of my neighbours had it. I contacted SpaceNK about it and my god...the bar for customer service is now firmly in hell. They continually ignored all the information in my messages (I included attachments showing the confirmed redelivery, etc) and kept bouncing the issue around different people who would then respond with a message not even related to my complaint. I think staff training consists of learning how to use the 'copy and paste' shortcut on a keyboard and telling the customer SpaceNK isn't responsible for their own courier. Three weeks of bouncing around and they've essentially just started saying "we've decided we're not responsible for the courier doing that" and that's it. You can't speak to anyone, it's an appalling service for a supposedly premium brand. The product was expensive, their courier screwed up and the response was essentially, "That sucks for you but that's your problem". I can see from other reviews here that this is a common occurrence, wish I'd looked here before buying it! Do not purchase high-value items online if you can't guarantee you'll be at home when they're delivered – fairly difficult given you don't get a delivery date when you purchase the item. Shop elsewhere if you value your money and sanity.
Really disappointed having been mis -sold a mascara (I asked for volumising) I took it back to the store who said I would have to lose out on the 20% saving despite not being sold what I asked for - so swapping for another one I had to pay an extra £10!!! Thanks space NK will purchase elsewhere instead and really think about how their customers are looked after. ! I don’t feel valued at all whereas it would have been nice if it had been acknowledged this was not an error on my part so I shouldn’t be penalised!!!! Not good customer service at all!!
You are amazing - I completely forgot about collecting the Advent Calendar - despite 4 reminders - and had it been sent back and my money refunded it would have been a very bleak Christmas. You saved the day...thank you so much Margaret.

Ordered a product last Monday which I needed for the weekend. Standard delivery said 2-4 working days so I thought that would be safe to go for. However it wasn’t dispatched till 5 days later and I still haven’t received it (8 days). I emailed customer service asking them to cancel and I’d buy in store but they said they were busy and running behind on orders. Lesson learnt - don’t trust delivery times. Disappointing for my first order and I won’t be using the website again.

Horrible communication, I ordered express delivery 18 days ago and so far all I see is that the order is in process! No one helped me, no one responds to me and they are not solving this problem with me, they themselves wrote to me at the beginning that the shipping process takes 4 days! I am really confused! So where is my express package?! A big disappointment for me, it would be enough to communicate and solve everything calmly, but instead I write emails to myself.🙄
