Chole the superstar

I had such a wonderful experience with Space NK recently, thanks to the incredible support I received from Chole.

I had an issue with a discount code that wasn’t working, and she went above and beyond to help me out. She was so kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process, and made what could have been a frustrating experience really easy and stress-free.

It’s rare these days to encounter such thoughtful and dedicated service, and it honestly made my day.

Chloe truly made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks again, Chloe – you turned my day around, and I really appreciate your help!

Avoid Evri at All Costs! Trash company

Avoid Evri at All Costs!I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed and disgusted I am with the abysmal service provided by Evri. My recent experience with them regarding a lost parcel has been nothing short of a nightmare.After experiencing problems with the delivery of my parcel, I reached out to Evri for assistance. Instead of receiving the support and resolution I rightfully expected, I was met with indifference and incompetence.Their response to my complaint was dismissive and insulting. Despite acknowledging the distress their mishandling of the delivery caused me, they callously refused to take any responsibility or offer proper compensation.Their decision, which they arrogantly declared as "correct," was a blatant disregard for fairness and customer satisfaction. It's clear that Evri prioritizes their own convenience over the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.This experience has left me deeply disillusioned and outraged. I strongly advise anyone considering using Evri for their delivery needs to think twice. Their lack of accountability, empathy, and integrity make them utterly unreliable and unworthy of your trust.Save yourself the headache and avoid Evri at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable delivery services out there that actually value their customers and strive for excellence. Evri is not one of them.

Poor customer service

Worst customer service experience. Waited 40 minutes before I could speak to someone who then ended the chat. Such a disappointment as this would have been my 1st time using them. Never again absolutely trash.

Customer service is absolutely trash

Customer service is absolutely trash. Marites is worst person I have spoken to. Very unhappy & clearly lacks understanding. Just trash.
This will be the 3rd SIM card I have gotten in the last 4 months & the SIM card does not connect to the network carrier which would be lyca. Before speaking with Marites I spoke with another person who wasn’t helpful either. Kept telling me to reset the network & choose o2 as my network carrier however that wasn’t coming up as an option.

Driver didn’t even attempt to deliver my food. Spoke to someone via live chat who wasn’t helpful at all. She could see on the map that my food wasn’t delivered but wanted me to place the order again & want 3-5 working days for a refund. Deliveroo can go to hell

Trash customer service

I have had to to dispute the same transaction 3 times just to be told to be told to wait 7 days and resubmit the same evidence again and again. Customer service are not help their either ignore your messages for hours/ days or send copied and pasted generic answers. All this stress for £33.

LIARS!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Both my orders were supposed to be delivered today and no one came. Instead of sending me an email or text with an update as to why my order was not delivered they sent an email lying that they tried to deliver my orders. Absolutely hate when Hermes lie and they are so fond of doing that. If I had the option to pick who delivers to my home I would stick to royal mail or dpd.

Yodel need to really train their delivery drivers- my finally received my package however the driver threw my order at my door. He is just lucky my package wasn’t a breakable item or yodel would be paying for it!
