,we can't do everything online, so that's why I've bought insurance from you.I was surprised that the cost had increased so much from last year, which wasn't so good,as everything was basically the same

It is easy to book, and as an older couple who don't want to do everything online it is very reassuring to be able to phone and speak to someone if there is a problem.I prefer it to booking.com where it's only online

The advisor Ryan D was excellent.Explained everything very clearly as I'm not technical, put me on a better tariff and arranged for me to have a new router installed as my current one is totally inadequate.He was very friendly and polite, so I will be sticking with Fleur for such excellent service by phone as I don't do online being older,

We ordered online.Agood selection of bedding a range of prices.We were sent a code for a discount of25pounds off our first order but didn't receive it as there wasn't a box to input the code so felt a bit cheated.Shockef that a bed ordered in August won't arrive until December

When I spoke with an advisor about moving house and renewing my Fleur contract she was wonderful and so helpful as I older and not good online.Dowmside was I was on hold waiting to speak with an advisor for nearly an hour.Older customers do need to be able to speak to someone on the phone.

I rang GTech to ask some questions regarding the technical aspects of the hedge trimmer. I spoke to a very well informed and helpful person who gave me honest answers with no sales pitch. I purchased the equipment and it has surpassed my expectations. The item arrived within two days and I am very satisfied with the service I obtained. I am contemplating purchasing the GTech leaf blower but think that it is quite expensive compared with others on the market.
