I put in an order for a bookcase back in September. Each time I call to check on the status, I am on hold for 15-25 minutes. I have spoken to everyone of the employees but no one can give me an accurate day that I will receive my order. Today is December 2nd and I was just told it might be delivered next week. First it was October, then the middle of November, then the end of November and now who knows. So frustrating and disappointing!

I was a little nervous ordering from furniture pick and thought to myself should I have just paid 25% more and get it from the retail location? After ordering we were told 4-6 weeks. That was ok but our order actually came in 3 weeks. So that was a pleasant surprise. Delivery went well, we just did the drop and not the white glove. Everything was correct and undamaged. The delivery took three times longer…
The delivery took three times longer than expected. When I received my furniture, I noticed that one of the nightstands had visible marks on the front where the paint was missing, and one of the drawers in the storage bed arrived broken. I have not received any response from the company regarding these issues.

Damaged Sectional
Furniture Pick was supposed to deliver my $3000 sectional on 8/4/25 they called me on the day of delivery and stated they couldn’t deliver it. It sat in NJ for 8 days in a warehouse. When it finally got delivered the drivers barely spoke any English and would not let me inspect my items for damage before they left. This is totally unacceptable. The back of the sectional the wedge had a cut down the back of it. I contacted furniture pick right away to make them aware of the damage and to send me a new wedge. They stated they will not replace it but repair it. I explained to them I didn’t want a repaired sectional I wanted a new one like I paid for. I did not want them using my house as their repair shop. They refused to do so. Instead they sent a piece of fabric and a repair person to fix it. The first thing the repair person said was is this new? I told him it was and the situation. He stated I shouldn’t be here you should get a new piece. He also stated never order furniture on line buy from your local stores it’s just not worth the little amount of money you save. Then he opened the box to do the repair and the fabric was damaged. Never order furniture from this company they do not stand behind their products the customer service is horrible!! My sectional is still damaged and they are refusing to send me a new piece. I asked to speak to someone higher up than Eric in service who is extremely unprofessional and does nothing to assist the customer. When I first made them aware of the tear in the back of the sectional, I asked for a new piece he told me he would think about it. Folks make sure you think good and hard about buying anything from this company!

You reported a rip approximately 2"–4" in length on the back of the wedge piece shortly after you have assembled the sectional yourself.
As an authorized dealer, we work directly with the manufacturer to resolve any product condition issues under their warranty. In this case, the manufacturer authorized a professional technician to visit your home to repair the damaged wedge. Both labor and parts were fully covered by Furniture Pick, and no cost was passed on to you.
It was extremely unusual that the parts that were sent to your home also had a rip in them, therefore we re-ordered them from the manufacturer and will ensure there are no rips or tears in the fabric moving forward. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not give authorization for us to get you a new wedge piece at this time. In addition, the finance company you used to pay for this purchase sided with us regarding your dispute as the merchandise was delivered, in use, and actively serviced.
Please rest assured that all actions taken were in full compliance with our store policies, the manufacturer's warranty, and the terms of your financing agreement. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating this process can be. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
