A soon as I reported an accident the company agent assisted me, provided me with guidance on the procedures and options available which was very useful. I was then forwarded to both injury claims and a temporary replacement vehicle company.
Charged £82 for 7 days cover!
I expect that all is well if everything is straight forward but have a bump to iron out and it will cost you dear. Cancelling in ‘cooling off’ period will cost you £49.99, I cancelled within this time having been insured for one week. The insurers, had already taken £30 up front, was then charged £3 for the weeks cover, and £50 to cancel in the cooling off period = £82 for 7 days cover. You cannot deal with this company by phone only via chat (& I hate typing!!) My advice is the old adages of you get what you pay for and if it’s too good to be true then it probably is - always use a reputable insurer.

Chat line hopeless can’t get any proper answer, there is no 14 day cooling off period unless you £49.99 to cancel the same day
No claims evidence
What went wrong was that despite providing the correct evidence of my 20 years no claim bonus they ignored it even though it came directly from esure I will not use them again.

ROADSIDE RECOVERY IS WEEKDAYS ONLY
The roadside assistance package (even the premium EU package) isn’t 24/7 rescue as the recovery provider is closed at the weekend and the assistance team used are unable to confirm account policies meaning you will have to pay for your recovery yourself (Again I’ll say EU PACKAGE) and request a refund. Not acceptable that they felt it ok to leave me stranded when I pay for a service

LD7 responded immediately and efficiently to my request for a new No Claims bonus and within minutes I had a new one. Such a relief, thanks!
Impossible to deal with
I cancelled the policy before renewal but they insist that I am still with them. They are impossible to get hold of, each time OI try online chat am 7th in queue whatever time of day or night and have waited several times for over an hour. Letters are acknowledged. They even wrote to my new insurers to tell them that I am not with the new company but with them. So dangerous as an insurance company. Finally today they said they received my e-mail (the tenth I sent) but apparently it is insufficient and I must contact them via 'chat'. Who would bother with such a company?

Incredibly frustrating trying to cancel…
Incredibly frustrating trying to cancel our automatic renewal. This insurance was in my wife's name and she spent ages on live chat trying to do this. There was no way to phone up or email.
She was asked loads of questions, so that they could do a new quote, that we did not want! She had to answer all these questions just to get through, and then given a quote and asked more questions. It was so hard just to get the auto renewal stopped. If the company wants to make sure we never return they've done a perfect job.
The car insurance extra charges trap.
I applied for a car Insurance policy form this company in late November but unfortunately when completing the application form I did not tell them that I had a car insurance claim four years and six months ago. I had completely forgot about this claim being so long ago and also I am grieving the loss of my wife who passed away very suddenly in May this year this obviously would not help my memory recall I explained this to them and they told me there would be an extra charge of £257 which I thought was scandalous. In fairness to this company they removed the £57 charge and were very good and sympathetic in dealing with this matter but I still had to pay the £200 to the insurance company. I think this is morally wrong and just another clever way of increasing the profits of the insurance companies.
