Très bon service client
I had a card that died
I had a card that died - Support did what they could do resurrect it, but it was not going to happen, so to my surprise, they sent a replacement, which works as advertised. Well done guys - this could not have been any better!
The product itself is great
The product itself is great. I have two the wallet card and the pop disc for my keyes. My disc stopped working properly after 14 months and they replied to my support questions quickly and arranged a new replace ment. The trackers saved me hours hunting for keys and wallet.
Excellent After-sale customer support
My old Chipolo One Point discharged and refused to reconnect after new battery is inserted. I ended up contacting Chipolo customer service via email. I have received human reply within 5 minutes with exact troubleshooting steps and we managed to bring my Chipolo tracker back to life shortly after.
Great warranty replacement service!
My Chipolo Card started to break apart in my wallet. I was under a year of owning it so I contacted customer support. They were able to assist me with 1 reply and mail me a brand new card. This was the fastest and easiest warranty replacement experience I have ever had. They deserve 5 stars. I am very happy and pleased with their service.
Super Customer Service!
I received a Chipolo as a gift from my Company, which has stopped working properly. The Customer Service (Masa, who contacted me after a request on the App) verified that it was still on the warranty and replaced it in a week, even without any evidence of the purchase, being it a gift. Super Customer service, far beyond my expectatives. Thank you Masa!

I had a cracked Chipolo CARD Spot, and contacted support, who replaced it free of charge. Much appreciated, and will likely buy more Chipolo cards in the future.
Prompt response with product questions…
Prompt response with product questions and the instructions for activation were very clear and concise. It answered all my questions on how to get the product activated and use it. Highly recommend and q very loud beep(s) for locating the device. Please read the instructions in the books before asking questions.
Years ago (2023)I acquired a Chipolo…
I bought a Chipolo years ago (2023) and never used it, until I lost my keys mid August this year. I was quite surprised to hear my phone ring and be given a location where my keys would be. To make the story short, I never found my keys although the support team was most helpful in explaining how to use the device. The support team needs to be commended; no questions about that. It is also amazing that chi polo could be active although I never considered changing the battery after purchasing it. My disappointment dissipated after I asked for a free replacement and was given one.
Now I know how to use the device correctly and I have no complaints since: I can locate my phone with my keys and vice versa. That's enough for me to be thankful.

I recently bought a 4-pack of Chipolo ONE Point on Amazon.
Three devices connected instantly, but one wouldn’t pair.
I contacted Chipolo support and they replied quickly with clear instructions for a factory reset.
Thanks to their guidance, the tracker works perfectly now.

Je suis très satisfaite du support technique, qui est vraiment exceptionnel. J’avais acheté un pack de 4 Chipolo : sur les 4, deux ne fonctionnaient pas correctement. L’équipe a été très réactive et m’a aidée à les réinitialiser. L’un d’eux ne fonctionnant toujours pas, ils n’ont pas hésité à m’en renvoyer un nouveau gratuitement. Depuis, tout marche parfaitement. Je sais que je peux compter sur eux !

Sehr ungenau und unzuverlässig
Ich habe seit 04.09.2025 einen Chipolo Pop mit google"Wo ist" im Gebrauch. Er ist in einem wenig bewegten Fahrzeug platziert.
1. Er "ändert" ständig seinen Standort.
2. Er ist extrem ungenau. Angeblich hält sich das Fahrzeug gerade ca. 1 km von seinem tatsächlichen Standort auf.
Leider ist das so nutzlos und unzuverlässig.
Ich hatte die Hoffnung, dass er ebenso genau ist, wie der AirTag von Apple, der sich ebenfalls in dem Fahrzeug befindet und sehr zuverlässig die ziemlich genaue Position anzeigt.
Schade eigentlich...

Had some questions swiftly answered before purchasing a four pack Chipolo ONE Point and one year later one of them broke and without too much hassle I got a free replacement. So very good experience.
Great customer service, product works
Products work great and have replaceable batteries unlike other brands. Customer service is great I had an issue connecting my ONE Point but a factory reset sorted it out after speaking with customer support.
Fantastic service when we needed help
Had problems with setting up .We could find both Chipolos most of the time ..but could not make them ring . Had fantastic service online with quick detailed replies and eventually replacements sent super quick . Excellent ...highly satisfied .
