I bought a card-shaped tracker, which stopped making sound (unless slightly pressed) after 9 months. I sent Chipolo's chatbot a short video showing the issue, and after verifying my proof of purchase (order id) they immediately sent a new one using UPS, which arrived surprisingly quickly, I'm really impressed and will surely consider purchasing more of their products in the future.

Il mio chipolo ha smesso di funzionare dopo circa un anno. Il servizio assistenza è stato super e ha risolto il problema in modo rapido ed efficace. Servizio impeccabile

Après une acquisition de 4 Chipolo One Point pour Android et 3 mois de tests, il faut se rendre à l'évidence ce fonctionne pas dès que la portée bluetooth dépasse les 20 mètres.
La détection via androïd fonctionne uniquement avec votre smartphone correctement configuré et l'application active !
Mais globalement les utilisateurs Android n'ont soit pas l'application "Find m'y device" soit celle-ci est en mode hibernation pour gagner de la batterie.
Même avec une population dense (paris) mon chipolo n'a pas été localisé.
Finalement c'est juste bon pour trouver ses clefs perdues sous le canapé dans la maison avec votre téléphone en bluetooth. Aucune possibilité de faire des alertes sur sortie de zone avec l'application Google.
La qualité du produit est très moyenne aussi.
Bref je ne recommande pas se produit, il ne répond pas aux spécifications.

I bought two tags for my cats because one of them escaped last week, the setting is super easy. However, I had some issue with one of the tags so I contacted the Chipolo service. The team had answered me in an incredible speed and helped me solving my problem within two hours during the day. I was frustrated and struggling but the clear instructions just made it easier to get through.
Now I feel reassured to be able to see where my cats are anytime! It all thanks to Chipolo team! I hightly recommend it to every cat parent who worries.

Had some initial issues, but the support team were great and quickly got me sorted.

Update: Started working after support help

set everything up the day before i left and everything looked fine, all devices showed up on my find my device. next day at the airport everything was gone. the fact that it requires 2 apps is complete garbage and you cant turn off the chipolo app so i had to nuke it from orbit. all in all worst option ever. ever!

Service is eminent as Chipolo replaces my Chipoloes and both of them. Very good Chipolo. Thank you for express handeling and replacement of both Chipolo’s

I was having issues with my chipolo wallet tracker and I contacted chipolo and I was promptly helped by Edina and Barbara. I really like how fast they helped me. I am just waiting on my replacements that Chipolo has provided. great company, great help and great products

Chipolo one verliert andauernd den Kontakt. Smartphone in der linken Hosentasche, Chipolo in der rechten. Verbindung: keine, Ortung: unmöglich. Chipolo steckt mit Schlüssel an der Wohnungstür, ich liege mit Smartphone auf dem Sofa 10 Meter daneben. Verbindung? Keine. Sorry Chipolo, das ist einfach nur unbrauchbarer Müll. Ich hatte zuvor Tile, war 1000x besser. Batterie musste ich auch nicht dauernd tauschen!

I tried ordering one of their wallet trackers, G Pay went through fine but after completing G Pay it never returned me to their website. No order confirmation or anything received but money still taken.
Sent them countless emails but haven't received and reply.
Awful company that just steals your money...do not use them!

als nerviges piepen in der Tasche bei Berührung super..
als Schlüsselfinder garnicht... es braucht dauerverbindung damit es überhaupt angepingt werden kann...
Alles connected und 2 Monate später schlüssel verloren... erst als ich den Schlüssel schon hatte stand wollen sie chiollo verbinden... obwohl ich das Ding schon lange in meinen geräten hatte.... absolut unbrauchbar in meinen Augen

UPDATE JULY 8th:

After sending 10 or more emails to chipolo with all the info they requested (videos of me "testing" the wallet cards, print screen images of the items dead in the phone app, receipts from amazon), they have replied that my items are not eligible for warranty. Include, evavise, unethical, labyrinthine customer service rep "Edina" to my complaint. ---------------------------------------Worthless trash..sent me 4 wallet trackers that instantly died. Old old old stock no teplaceable batteries..6 months later and seevice is non existant...beeen trying for 4 months to
Deal with "customer seevice" and they come back with "have you turned on BT? Send usa video of you pushing the button"
Scoundrels. Shouldnt even be able to allowed on amazon

I’m a long time Chipolo user and one of my four my new Chipolo Pops didn’t work. Customer service replied within 10 hours of my initial email query. After having me try a few fixes, they are sending me a new one. Responsive and timely customer service!
