Cost went up 200% in a couple of years…

Cost went up 200% in a couple of years and 300% in 6 years
I was too late this year, but I will cancel my subscription next year and move to another hosting provider.

Like other providers, we've recently had to raise prices slightly for some products. This is due to increased third-party costs and the increased costs for the servers where your domain names (and potentially other products) are stored. Fortunately, we haven't had to raise prices for all domain names or products unless the third-party provider has implemented price increases.

Clearly a scam

Clearly a subscription trap scammy provider. They deliberately remove functionality which is standard in other providers to trap customers to subscriptions. Nevertheless, I cancelled 31+ days before, and it still did not work... I wonder how they got license to operate. Report them to ICANN and every other relevant authority... Check their reply at imgur link with https___imgur.com_a_OuqwVsh Edit: They responded they do not recognise themselves, I sent the ticket id (ending and starting with the number 2 (#2?????2). I hope they recognise themselves, now. Oh, yes, and after exchaning paragraphs and paragraphs of e-mails explaining their mistake and the wrongdoing, they had the audacity to share my personal details without any consent from me to an incasso company. Of course, there is no universe I pay scammy requests.

Missing tech support

Missing tech support, the answers are awful. The employees either don't know what they need to do or just don't want to do it. The worst host I have ever seen.

Hefty charges without providing anything and poor customer services

As other user pointed out, they automatically charge for services without notice. There is no way to disable the auto-renewal and even if you transfer away they send invoices for hefty fees. On top of this they apply renewal on an arbitrary date instead of using the ICANN renewal date. Not to forget customer service giving different answers each time you contact them...
A total mess!

🆘 SCAMMERS 🆘

this site is scam, am buying 9 domains .com, after am cheking domains in namecheap & godaddy they are available i have screenshoots of all domains HAHAHA.

They will respond to this review as they are a legitimate company and not a scammer. Do not trust them, they are scammers.

Satisfied

I started a chat with them because last week I received an invoice about my soon-to-expire domain/hosting, and when I cancelled it the website says that it's going to be cancelled next year. I panicked and I thought I'm being scammed. (since this happened with me before). Anyway, I contacted them by chat and Eline helped me in no time and cancelled my product and therefore I don't need to pay pointless amount of money for a product I don't use.
When I need a website in the future, I'd surely choose for Mijndomein.

2fa does not work properly, Web interface are full of error

They dont have a stable web site. Their customer support are only with ticket, no telephone access for speeding the things up. You need to wait for a little problem to be solved at least for 1 or 2 days. It really slows you down.
