Worst support in the world!

Worst support in the world!
I cant transfer my mijndomein to another mijndomein account.
I have never seen such a bad service in the world.
I wıll delete all my domain from here.
ı wıll not use mijn domein and ı wıll share my experience with my followers (30k)

Patient and professional

Hans from mijndomein helpdesk was very patient and helpful while he helped me to understand how to update my DNS correctly. Switched easily from Dutch and English languages. Overall, professional conduct.

DONT USE THIS WEBHOSTING

DONT USE THIS WEBHOSTING, THEY'RE SCAMMING AND REFUSING TO PAY BACK OR EVEN HELP.

they even shortened the customers service from 9-6 to 10-14 because of the amount of complaints!!!

A company that sends invoices even…

A company that sends invoices even though I canceled the domains months ago
They renewed the domains without telling me, and suddenly there were bills that I had to pay
I would never recommend dealing with this company, very bad company and support at worst.

Awful experience.

Awful customer service.
Mijndomein bait you with a package for 1 euro, then they charge you 100 euros when the package expires in 6 months. When you cancel the package, it only cancels in upcoming 2 months and they still charge after - even thought its canceled. Customer service is unreasonable, no effort in try ing to help or understand. Dont fall into this trap.

DNS Is very slow

I bought a domain through mijndomein.nl, everything went smooth and they offered 1 euro for one year. My hosting was done on by a third party. The second year I paid the normal fee, which was made higher the third year. In the third year my website started to load very slow, I thought that it was a problem with my hosting. After having to pay even more the fourth year I chose to move my domain (I still had loading issues) to OVH because the cheaper price. Right after everything was done my website loaded immediately instead of loading for 1-2 minutes. (with the same hosting)

Will renew your subscription even after cancelation

I've been a customer with them for more than 10 years. You cannot contact them through call or chat. Everything is done through email/ticket system. The staff is rude. They will only go by what the system says. I cancelled my account 2 years ago, it got renewed. I thought maybe I did something wrong and paid the bill and cancelled the accounts again.
Now again I received a bill. I'm 100% sure I cancelled it, they changed their systems a few times so I assume something got messed up there.

Find a different host than these unethical people.

Horrible horrible horrible

Horrible horrible horrible. cant describe this platform in any more words.

i had a free trial, and ofcourse i ended the subscribtion after trying out. appearantly this didnt come trough. therefore, a pitty that i didnt double check. after 2 years i became conscious about the fact they put 180 euro of my bankaccount 2 years. i never used the whole platform. they didnt text me with anything. i mailed them , and the reaction was so rude. they didnt want to cancel my mimbership for the upcoming year. eventho they could see the fact i never used there whole program.

Please, don't go there. money chasers they are. Unpure Company, unpure very unpure. Bah. nasty shizzle.

Suddenly blocked my accounts + took 18 domains offline!

Ben al jaren klant bij mijndomein.nl en heb zelfs vele kennissen doorgestuurd om daar een domein registratie te doen.

Helaas heeft mijndomein.nl op basis van een administratieve verandering, al mijn accounts geblokkeerd en al mijn websites offline gehaald. Ik spreek van 2 accounts en ca 18 domeinen.

Mijn accounts zijn gekoppeld aan een bedrijf en KvK vermelding. Ik ben 2 jaar geleden verhuisd naar Duitsland en op basis daarvan heeft de KvK mijn inschrijving ongedaan gemaakt (het gaat om een eenmanszaak).

Blijkbaar heeft mijndomein.nl nu een KvK check gedaan en mij als,niet zijnde een bedrijf, afgesloten. Alle domeinen zijn door mij persoonlijk betaald met mijn persoonlijk bankpas en ook gekoppeld aan mijn persoonlijke emailadres.

ONGELOOFELIJK..... Ondanks bewijs dat het van mij is!

Er zit meer dan 10 jaar jaar historie in deze websites. En die leveren per maand ook geld op. Dit is zomaar door mijndomein.nl geblokkeerd.

I have been a customer of mijndomein.nl for years and have even referred many acquaintances to do a domain registration there.

Unfortunately, my domain has blocked all my accounts and taken all my websites offline due to an administrative change. I'm talking about 2 accounts and more than 18 domains.

My accounts are linked to a company and Chamber of Commerce listing. I moved to Germany 2 years ago and on that basis the Chamber of Commerce canceled my registration (it is 1 person entrepreneurship).

Apparently mijndomein.nl has now done a Chamber of Commerce check and closed me as not being a company. All domains are paid for by me personally with my personal bank card and also linked to my personal email address.

INCREDIBLE.....even after proof the domains are mine!

There is more than 15 years of history in these websites. And they also make money every month. This is simply blocked by mijndomein.nl.

SCANDALOUS

So think carefully!!

Paying more for less

For anyone that isn’t fluent in Dutch good luck getting around on this website. Upfront they make very bold promotional offerings, but more often then not are hidden by massive prices that will be due later on. Unknowingly when purchasing a domain, I apparently had signed myself up for a package that states I must use one of their services (which I might add is completely awful) within a given timeframe and publish it. So in doing so they don't give you an option to not use it and once you do you also have a to pay. Their idea of a promotion is far more gimmicky than anything else and stands only to benefit them.

Slow, Expensive and outdated

Slow dashboard control panel, hardly usable. They lure you in with cheap discounted deals and then after a year start billing you for terrible prices.

They charge administrative costs for the smallest changes and the support is useless. Would not recommend to anyone.

Stay away, blijf weg!

I signed up to this domain due to a course I followed at NHA. I haven't used this domain in over a year, because I thought I cancelled it correctly then.
However, today I got 2 bills of a total of about 118 euros!
They said that they automatically, WITHOUT previous informing their clients that they're renewing the contract of the domain.

I paid about 10 CENTS for this domain about 2 years ago, and all of a sudden I get these two emails stating that I have to pay up such an atrocious amount.

This is theft to the highest, and I can't believe that they're still in business, and not closed down!

I pray that there won't be anymore victims, so PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP. STAY AWAY.
