Awful company. Ordered products with next day delivery, items weren’t received as Evri had ‘lost’ my items - how convenient bearing in mind there was £100 worth of makeup in there. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks to get the matter resolved and was offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Take your custom elsewhere, there’s plenty of other companies out there.
Excellent service and high quality products. Highly recommend!

Absolutely shocking customer service from this company.
My son placed an order for some perfume and was to be delivered by EVRi. When the small parcel was delivered through the letter box the was a complete tear across the jiffy bag and did not contain any item. It
appears the item was ripped open and the perfume taken.
My son then tried to contact EVRi regarding the delivery but was unable to contact anybody, this was despite entering the Customer Reference No.
He then contacted the company Beauty Bay who then tried to deflect it back to EVRi, he explained that a parcel arrived but did not contain any item, but they still refused to accept any responsibility for sending out the parcel.
He has now received another email from Beauty Bay to say they have completed their investigations into the parcel and are now closing down the case, no explanation as to where the item is....where its gone and who actually has taken responsibility for it.
Absolutely appalling behaviour from this company and from EVRi, a complete lack of customer service for the customer who ordered this item as a Birthday present and is now out of pocket by £50.00

Trash Company - Courier left my package in a PUB that’s not even close To my building. And refused to compensate me for MY missing package. Rubbish services, I do not recommend.
Always had a good service from Beauty Bay, good prices and prompt delivery.

Having been a regulat customer of Beauty Bay for several years I have been very disappointed by their customer service. I have contacted them on several occasions now advising them that payment using PayPal on their app doesn't work. It works perfectly well logging in to their website. I have not received a courtesy of a reply. I guess they no longer value my loyalty or my custom.

I ordered a gift on 30.07.25. Still haven't received this as has been "misplaced" by their courier, Evri.
Beauty Bay can't do anything to date, as they have to follow procedure and wait 9 working days for Evri to get back to them.
Unsure why companies use such a useless courier service.
Not impressed and won't be ordering from them again.

Delivery was late. Customer service difficult to contact. Also it's 2 day delay for a reply so no human contact.
Packaging could be better Delivered in an oversized box and a sheet of crumpled paper thrown in as an after thought.
Using EVRI is a mistake. Poor carrier at the best of times. Certainly not to be trusted with a next day delivery which I paid for but didn't receive
Notification that product was delivered to outbuilding. The problem is that I do not have an outbuilding and there's no delivery photo.

Placed my order with them over a month ago and never received it. They stopped to reply to my emails as well. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to be ignored after paying for a product. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The worst customer experience I've had.
Placed an order, for some reason didn't update to my new address. There was absolutely no way of amending this once the order was placed - which is absurd, considering I doubt the warehouse packs my order 30 seconds after it's made.
I contacted support to change the delivery address, as I have no contact or way of getting to the old address. I was told they'd try their best, but the orders are just packed *so quickly* they might not be able to cancel or amend the order. What?! Trying to reframe their incompetence as mindless efficiency is a new one.
It has been 4 business days and the order is still not confirmed as cancelled, as such I have had no acknowledgement of the money I'm refunded. One more day and I'll be looking at my legal options.
Avoid this website at all costs, there are plenty of higher quality websites selling the same products. I get the feeling BeautyBay is on its last legs, and it's what the company deserves.
Terrible I ordered the brazillian bum cream and the hair and body spray to match. I recieved the bum bum cream but the spray wasn't in the box. I reached out to beauty bay and they say my missing item claim is rejected because they 'checked the weight of the box' the bum bum cream is heavy! The body spray was missing and I wouldn't lie. I spent a lot of money on this site on makeup. And I wanted to treat myself to a one off of the brazillian range , and they didnt pack it properly. I dont have a lot of money cant afford to buy it again. Im really upset and disappointed.
