Requested a pick up at 21:30 to be told be had to be picked up at 16:10 almost 5 hours before. We would have been sat in the airport for 7 hours. Tried to communicate through what’s app but was an epic fail. Useless

Started extremely well with regular messages, kept in touch from landing. Passport queue etc when arrived into arrivals we were waiting for newly 1 hour. Someone eventually arrived who called us and we proceeded outside to locate them. The job was sent to him as a 3rd party and all he was bothered about was me sending the email confimation so he got paid.
His driving was scary at parts. It was safe to say we didn't bother using them for our return journey and may not use them again at all in the future.
Was let down very much this time.

I booked a transfer from Fuertaventura Airport to Corralejo 2 weeks ago. Upon arriving at the airport the bus was waiting and I asked the driver's assistant if we were booked on, which he confirmed we were. We waited over an hour on the bus before it departed. It was full long before it departed. The Assistant said we could get a refund because it was over an hour. I gave the name of our hotel to the driver
Upon arriving in Corralejo the driver tried to drop us off at another hotel believing it was ours. I told him it wasn't ours, it was miles away. He became very angry and started driving in the opposite direction to our hotel. So I asked to get off and we flagged a taxi.
I reported this all to Hoppa and asked for a refund (as advised by the Assistant). Hoppa looked into the situation but refused the refund because they said we should have disembarked at our alloted location. The bus driver wouldn't take us there, so how are we supposed to do that? Also, they didn't seem to consider the fact that we set off later than an hour.
I won't be using this company again. We used the local bus service on our way home and it was much easier and better than the shuttle bus.

There was lack of clarity in picking up at airport. I enter the flight arrival time and the system has the same pickup time which is ridiculous. We have to collect bags and go through security/customs.

Wanted to make a booking with Hoppa. Apparently I have an account but the system would not send a verification code to my phone thus preventing me from signing in. Tried as a guest, but the system froze on at least four occasions. Eventually, at a later time, on the same day I was able to make the booking as a guest.
