I sold my phone to rebuy.nl with the promise of receiving around €600. I sent my device with their shipping label and provided all required documents (IMEI, purchase proof, contract).
However, my package got “lost” during transport. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a never-ending investigation between Rebuy and DPD. I have been left without my phone and without the money I was supposed to receive.
The worst part has been the lack of transparency and communication. Despite following up many times, I was only told to “wait 6–8 weeks.” In the end, my claim was denied, and I was accused of providing “irregular” documents — even though I submitted genuine proof. No clear explanation, no detailed report, just a refusal to pay.
This entire experience left me feeling scammed. I lost my phone and the €600 payment I was counting on. I cannot recommend rebuy.nl to anyone — the process was stressful, slow, and ultimately dishonest.

Product never arrived, they won't give a refund
I ordered a phone from Rebuy and it never arrived. I was at home when it was supposed to be delivered and DHL did not even attempt to deliver it but gave a fake signature and marked it as delivered.
I contacted Rebuy who told me that since the signature did not match the signature on my passport they would open an investigation with DHL and I would be reimbursed. I then bought the same phone from them trusting that they would reimburse the first one that never turned up. They told me they would contact me when DHL concluded the investigation.
Of course no one ever contacted me and after over 8 weeks I reached out to them, only to be told they will not issue a refund. I have lost 800 euros because of DHL lying and Rebuy's terrible customer service. I even bought the same product TWICE so I clearly did not receive the first one.
What an awful experience, this was my first time shopping with Rebuy and I will never do it again.

I purchased a Garmin watch from Rebuy about a year ago. The package never arrived at the parcel station – to this day, I have not received it. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, Rebuy refuses to refund me.
This is unacceptable: a reliable seller takes responsibility when a paid item never reaches the customer. Instead, you are left with the loss.
Anyone considering ordering from Rebuy should be aware of these risks. Customer service and accountability look very different.

Rebuy is trying to scam you
Rebuy is trying to scam you. They send you electronics and advertise a three-year warranty. When you complain about the items, they claim it's a different device and that the serial number doesn't match. I didn't check the number when I received the item, and now they're saying I sent in different headphones. It's such a disgrace. I can't prove they're the same headphones because a different number was entered into their system. Very underhanded.

I bought an SH iphone 14 pro max. They delivere next day as advertised. This is a trustworthy seller, I would buy again.
Not for Apple products
It’s good for everything which is not Apple! I sent a watch from few years ago in top condition. Inside its original box. Plus the original watch band, also in its original box in both S/M and L extension. I got for the band the agreed offer, but for the watch only 10€. They invented that there are problems, and that the band is missing!!!
I got the watch back and it was not mine! They replaced it with a broken one.
I would never recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience with Rebuy store. I was selling and buying items and all process is fast and reliable.
Very bad Customer Service and low battery phone
I received an iPhone 14 Pro Max described on the website as “as new,” but the battery was only at 83%. This was disappointing because it means I would soon have to pay at least EUR 120 for a new battery. I contacted customer service, but they did not offer any solution, and the interaction felt unfriendly. For a device with such a low battery percentage, I had expected either a discount or a clearer description.
Their reply to my email also wasn’t helpful. The whole process was stressful enough that I ended up returning the phone. Buying through this website turned out to be inconvenient and frustrating.
Regarding reviews on their platform, my review on their website was not published until September 4 This made me concerned about how reviews are handled on the site.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website.

Terrible service.
I ordered stuff from them, they sent it to my adress and gave it away to some random person all my items, they did not ask for ID or signature, simply gave it away to someone. I never received any money back in fact they told me to talk wiht DHL, but after I filled all documents and wrote many letters to them, theh just never replied to me. I lost my money for their incompetence. Not trust worthy website, they do not care about anything after receiving money. Stay away from them

Sold 2 MacBook's, lost in transit, no resolution.
I've sent 2 fairly new Apple MacBook Pro's using the provided DHL label.
Parcel got lost in transit and after DHL rejected their claim, they won't give any resolution at all.
They also either don't respond by mail at all anymore, or take a week to do so.
Considering that the parcel was lost while in DHL’s custody under their shipping arrangement. As the contractual shipping partner, the risk of loss lies with the party who arranged the shipping, Rebuy — not the sender — under German logistics and contract law.
Seems like my rebuy account has also been disabled, extremely unprofessional.
I wouldn't do business with them, as once something happens, they do not take any responsibility.

Super Service!
Worse delivery and wrong times
So until now rebuy was very good, but I am giving them 1 star because they have started lying about the delivery time. They say 1-2 working days, but lately the order takes 1_3 days to begin with until it is dispatched. Furthermore, then the delivery is done by Deutsche Post without even having a tracking number and taking up to 5 days to deliver.
Before it was much faster and reliable, I think they are just trying to save costs, but then don't lie and say it will be delivered in 1-2 days! It takes more than a week to receive anything....

I made my order
I made my order, I paid for an Samsun S22 Ultra. I bought in the meantime the accessories and after more then 10 days is not arrived. SEvice very relax tells me that can happen and they will send me money back . I dont understand if this is a joke or something else. Why they wouldnt send me a new phone instead? If you google at the end the price of the phone is more then 600 euro but via their website is about 300 ...but it never arrives, despite DHL tracking number is sent. I smell something wrong here. I am only pissed off becuase i spent money via an other company to buy all accessories i need for my motorbike and now I am stack to this S22 Ultra.
