I do not recommend to use these services.
For the past two months, this provider has been charging me for MMS messages that I never sent. Not once did they notify me that my charges had exceeded my plan’s limits. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they refused to help and insisted that the messages were sent—despite clear evidence to the contrary.
This is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to address customer concerns shows how little they care about their users. I strongly recommend choosing a different provider to avoid similar issues.

The good:
The switch to Yoin was super quick—the SIM card was shipped via PostNL and arrived just two days after ordering. The connection is excellent, especially on the train. The Proximus network performs much better than the Orange network in that regard. I switched from Hey! and used to have frequent issues while traveling by train.
Customer service is also very responsive. They answer questions quickly, and it's really convenient that they're available via WhatsApp.
The bad:
Oh my god, the app... it desperately needs an update. It constantly logs you out, so you have to sign in every time. The UI feels outdated, and sometimes when you click a link, it opens a webpage—so why even have an app?
Also, in the email confirming my SIM activation, there was incorrect information about data usage. Thankfully, customer service cleared it up, and they even asked for a screenshot of the email—so I assume they will fix it? Still, it’s strange that this error exists considering Yoin has been around for a few years now.
Overall, a positive experience, but definitely some things to improve—especially the app. Seriously, it feels medieval!

I´ve only used Yoin for a week now, but the delivery of the SIM card, the transition from my previous company and the connection all went great. I had to contact Yoin by whatsapp for a question and i got an answer in less that 1h.
I think the app could be improved, it is not possible to see how much use of your subscription you have don so far and many actions are still only available in Dutch or in the website.

It was recommended by a friend. Very easy to inscribe, very easy to use and order SIM card which arrived on time. Quick move from network provider to another. Happy customer!

Offers competitive prices for the data. However just received a email saying they’ve launched access to 5G and you must pay 1€ extra per month. Haha, money grabbing scumbags and 5€ for an eSIM. I’ve never been with a phone company that does this.. absolute cowboys. How can you be so money strapped that you must pay each month to access the 5G network.

I think it would be appréciable if you put unlimited sms and calling for outside Belgium. Additionally, adding some extra offers for internet data for short travels abroad like traveling to USA or Canada would be helpful. Adding English language to the Application is also another suggestion.

My simcard had no reception after activating it but the Whatsapp support line was very quick and helpful. After changing APN settings and restarting, all is well now.
