Very good value for money. Good customer service. The only negative point is that you cannot directly activate your eSIM card. You have to wait for the postal mailing.

Globally, Yoin has a good offer in Belgium but the clients must be very careful with their mobile data because the out of bundle rate is a real rip-off (50€/Gb). By the way, they ask extra money for the 5G, which is not normal in 2025. I also noticed that their 4G is in reality a bad LTE (probably restrained by Proximus) after doing some speed tests : 2x slower than Digi (who offers Proximus LTE as well).
The 2 positive points are the good roaming connexion and the “easy to reach” customer service.
In conclusion, after comparing the 3, they are better than Hey but worse than Digi so I will move all my subscriptions to Digi without any regret.

I like how fast everything is my only problem is that i get lost trying to find what to buy or where to find things it would be lovely if when you opened the app you'd get a little instruction on how to use it or where to buy and where to go because finding it all on myself was a bit frustrating but overall the service is great!

The worse experience of telecommunication.
I order a e-sim and before the e-sim arrived my old one stopped working. I try to talk with customer service and they were super unfriendly and told it was my fount because I ordered the e-sim and that I need to wait until it arrives via letter in up to 5 days. I asked if I could receive via email like all big companies do in Belgium and was declined. I try to explain that I requested was for the day 26 not 17 and I need my SIM card for work. I was not helped at all.
But now I am glad to be with mobile Vikings because the customer service was great and fast, received my e-sim via email in just 3 hours.

I can't always log into my account from my computer.
I saw the answer that YOIN answered... but I talked to them a lot and they even changed my code... and I tried to log into my account on many computers and I can't... it's a problem on their site!

It’s not that easy, there is no English or other language. Difficult to find some help line or email or WhatsApp. A try to get it on a eSIM about 3 weeks now and still no working. Really a mess

It was easy after a few days after I called YOIN,I got my eSIM easily programmed my number by scanning the barcode and WALA here comes the (5G great Proximous connection).
What I like YOIN to ad to their is
1-to advertise about their international rate and services.
2- what happens after you consume your gega plan as far as pricing?
3-the ability to easily transfer the eSIM from phone to another phone (for example we call youn and they email us a new barcode)
4- adding the English language to my YOIN will be a wonderful thing to do
