After almost two weeks of follow-ups, endless calls and emails I discovered my almost £300 Space NK advent calendar was delivered to the wrong address, signed for by someone else, and then opened the whole advent calendar.
Rather than offering a refund or replacement, Space NK told me to resolve it with the neighbour !!! someone I don’t even know as it’s a new build occupied by contractors.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer remains responsible until the item is in the customer’s possession. By refusing to resolve this, Space NK are in breach of their obligations and showing a worrying lack of accountability. This is unacceptable from a premium retailer.
Think twice before ordering from Space NK, especially for high-value items, they do not stand behind their deliveries.
I placed an order in the Blackheath Store for delivery to the Blackheath store. I have not heard anything about my order so did not know if I could collect it. I just tried to collect it and the store is shut during working hours, all the staff have left and there is no way to contact the staff because they are not answering the phones. This is absolutely the only time I can collect this order this week and I have taken time out of my working day to do this, when I really don’t have the time. I am fuming. I will just order from the Lisa Eldridge website in future.

I am absolutely disgusted at this company, I have never felt so helpless in all of my life. Three advent calendars have been ordered, as they are every year, and it was ordered to my office, royal mail delivered it on a weekend when we were closed and delivered it in a blue commercial bin (which wasn't requested by me) we have CCTV of the man putting it into the bin and he fraudulently signed for it too! I came into work on Monday to receive said parcels which came to a total of £750 and surprise surprise, they have been stolen. I have contacted SpaceNK and they are taking no responsibility for this saying they are satisfied they have been delivered. I have had to get my friend to order me 3 more as when i tried to reorder, mine got cancelled as the limit is 5 calendars. I am left out of pocket and i cannot believe they aren't trying to claim this back off Royal mail who have made numerous errors in there protocol! This is absurd and i will NEVER be ordering from spaceNK again and i will be putting it through an ombudsman and failing that a solicitor to claim this money back. Shame on you SPACENK!
I telephoned with a query of product that had a problem. Lyndsey was very helpful and asked all the correct questions to understand the problem. She asked for a photo sent and as soon as this had been seen I was offered a replacement.
Iwas impressed with how quickly I was given an answer to the problem and to how it was resolved.
Lyndsey was very helpful, friendly and polite. a very good Customer Service response.

I have bought online with no problem and also in-store at the Glasgow store. Staff were nice but the assistant was very pushy trying to sell other items to me which was off-putting.
I bought some Philosykos edt by Diptyque. It was expensive but was the weakest edp I have ever bought in 45 years. I took it on a 7 day holiday and it was finished by the end of the holiday because I had to use so much of it. Really surprised and disappointed, especially for the price it cost and the fact that it is a well known luxury brand.

I placed an order with Space NK on September 3rd for over €200, which was supposed to include a promotional goodie bag. The order was never shipped and was eventually canceled by the company on September 29th — almost a month later. While the product cost was refunded, the €14 delivery fee was not, even though no delivery ever took place.
I contacted customer service several times, but they provided no real solution and refused to refund the delivery charge. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Charging for a service that was never fulfilled is misleading, and it shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Scam alert! Spent €200 for their “gift with purchase Your New Season Reset Edit” promo. A month later: “out of stock.” No gift, no refund, not even my €14 shipping back. Zero compensation. Pure scam.

I received my SpaceNK advent calendar on 25/09, and unfortunately it arrived in very poor condition. One of the products was broken and almost empty, causing the liquid to leak and damage the rest of the calendar. The packaging doesn’t seem secure enough to protect the items properly during transit, which is very disappointing given the price and the excitement I had for this purchase.
I have contacted customer service with photos and requested a solution.For now, my experience has been very disappointing.

Edit: David from customer service reached out to me to offer a 11€ refund after I receive a 265 CHF Calendar damaged plus the 22 CHF they charge for the delivery but he never finished the conversation or reply my emails, days after that another person (Nicole H) wrote me and told me that she was going to do the refund and to add credit (20€) to my Ndulge account as well for the damage, I replied instantly to say thank you and I though well at least she is showing more empathy, I receive the paypal notification about the refund to be made but no credits were add to my Ndulge account as she mentioned. I dont know if its because my order was made from outside the UK but I have never feel this ignored before and have never been in the position of chasing down the customer service so they get the job done. I dont think you can justify this in a HighEnd Store like SpaceNk, so even when the calendars are great, no customer likes to deal with stressing and uncomfortable situations.

Don’t get me started on how rude the girl at the door greeting people.
I find this store’s system to be completely unreasonable. Despite opening a new, much larger location with a far greater capacity, customers are still forced to queue outside. On three separate visits, I have had to wait in line for around 20 minutes just to purchase a single item, (bare in mind my lunch break is 30min), What makes this even more frustrating is that the previous store, which was much smaller and located right next door, never had such restrictions—customers were able to enter freely without unnecessary delays, it has about 5 customers in there taking their time shopping as they should.
It makes no sense that a store three times the size is managed in such a way that it creates more inconvenience for shoppers rather than less. This is both inefficient and highly disappointing. I will not be returning, and I would strongly discourage others from wasting their time here, because I work locally i used to always shop there, now I won’t be going there even if you paid me!

Absolutely awful experience. Takes days to reply via what’s app, not speaking to a real advisor but a BOT. Unable to read my messages and help with faulty product. Very disheartening customer service experience from a ‘luxury’ brand such as Space NK.

This is really disappointing. I haven't received my products as the courier has left it outside my door. I was told by the spacenk team to check with my neighbours and I did and I have not received any of the items. After stating this they have refused to reimburse me. I really don't recommend using this service. I received the same structured email twice and when I tried to escalate the issue they have resent the original email.
Despite further correspondence and additional evidence highlighting that the delivery was left outside the door unattended SpaceNK closed the matter.
They rely on GPS data as proof of delivery, while disregarding clear evidence the delivery was not directly handed over to the customer. This is £88.40 essentially down the drain.
Based on this incident, I cannot recommend SpaceNK. The lack of accountability is unfortunate.
I will not be purchasing with them again.
