I ordered an iPhone X with state "like new" ("Etat Neuf"), however I just received it today, and the screen shows plenty of micro scratches under light (I have pictures I can share). This corresponds to the grade below ("very good state" = "Très bon état"), for which I would have payed less. Also, my intention was to offer a "like new" grade to my daughter, nothing less. I am therefore disappointed, as I have either to live with it and be on time for Christmas, or return it and be late...

Good value, satisfied.
Bought the Pixel 4 here, the price did fluctuate a lot but in the end I'm quite satisfied as it seems honest (unlike other occasion dealers). It seemed as good as new and I did not find any noticeable flaw (whether regarding design or performance).
The only sad thing is the absence of the initial earphones or any adaptator as there's no jack, just an USB-C and well... it renders any old non-bluetooth one useless.
