Sent my device in perfect condition got a message informing me that my device was damaged,and offered to buy it for substantially less than the original offer.
They returned my device,still on perfect condition. Strange

I bought an IPAD pro 2018 edition 12.9 in March 2020.
The quality of the product received was very much aligned with the description on the web site. Excellent!!!
In practice it was brand new
The device arrived inside an special box able to guarantee a face transport, but not the Apple'one.
Charger and cable also not original, but brand new
The device came during the a special period (Covid-19), hence a small delay of 2 days was more then acceptable.
Highly reccomended

Rebuy gave an attractive price but at the end sent me the iphone 6 back with 0 euros refund without real reason: obviously, if the iphone has been fully operational I won't have sell it!
