I had asked via the chat on their website if a rush order was possible to be delivered in 10 days (their website says 6-8wks ship time, BUT said to ask about rush orders). They said, yes, they can accommodate me (was not expecting them to say yes, but liked how their products looked). I placed the order, closed the chat window (not before taking pics of our conversation for records), then waited for the proof to be emailed to me. After checking throughout the day, every day, for the next 6 days, I finally emailed to ask about my order (being patient as I know I'm not the only customer). No response... asked again that night. Again, no response. The next day (obviously getting close to not being able to make it in time), I mentioned if it couldn't be sent soon, I would be needing to file a dispute on PayPal seeing my order was placed on the contingency that I would have the order by a certain date and I'm not hearing anything from them. Within 30 mins, I had an email saying they've "tried" getting in touch with me about my proof but hadn't heard back. If that's the case, why didn't they respond to my previous emails until I mentioned filing a dispute? They said they had tried talking to me through the chat... but my chat window was gone and I received NO emails from them. They then said "we can make it tonight and send it in the morning so it can make it in time". I said "if it CANNOT make it by the date I requested, I want a refund for the expedited shipping." I've had NO response from them since then. It was shipped and sent to me but I received it two days later than what I NEEDED and I never got a refund for the expedited shipping. When you chose shipping labels on UPS, they tell you what date it will arrive. The shipment was NOT delayed as it had the same arrival date the whole time I had the tracking number. I lost money paying to get the package here before a certain date, and it didn't even get here in time
