I had asked via the chat on their website if a rush order was possible to be delivered in 10 days (their website says 6-8wks ship time, BUT said to ask about rush orders). They said, yes, they can accommodate me (was not expecting them to say yes, but liked how their products looked). I placed the order, closed the chat window (not before taking pics of our conversation for records), then waited for the proof to be emailed to me. After checking throughout the day, every day, for the next 6 days, I finally emailed to ask about my order (being patient as I know I'm not the only customer). No response... asked again that night. Again, no response. The next day (obviously getting close to not being able to make it in time), I mentioned if it couldn't be sent soon, I would be needing to file a dispute on PayPal seeing my order was placed on the contingency that I would have the order by a certain date and I'm not hearing anything from them. Within 30 mins, I had an email saying they've "tried" getting in touch with me about my proof but hadn't heard back. If that's the case, why didn't they respond to my previous emails until I mentioned filing a dispute? They said they had tried talking to me through the chat... but my chat window was gone and I received NO emails from them. They then said "we can make it tonight and send it in the morning so it can make it in time". I said "if it CANNOT make it by the date I requested, I want a refund for the expedited shipping." I've had NO response from them since then. It was shipped and sent to me but I received it two days later than what I NEEDED and I never got a refund for the expedited shipping. When you chose shipping labels on UPS, they tell you what date it will arrive. The shipment was NOT delayed as it had the same arrival date the whole time I had the tracking number. I lost money paying to get the package here before a certain date, and it didn't even get here in time

How can they send a pay as you go customer a bill phoned to query about it told it would be investigated and sorted in 5 days as no bill was showing on my account,3days later have a text message about unknown bill that I need to take immediate action or they will put me on pay as you go (which i am already on) or pass it on to a third party debt collectors, phoned back up about questioned bill which had not been investigated to be on the phone for 1hour 30mins put on hold 9 time to find out that the bill does exist which is £173 for just 3 days usage, had a message today to tell me a bill was ready for£11 after they had actually looked at it i had requested it to go onto meter debt but they have failed to do so. Complete joke of a company as they do not have a clue what they are doing. Not even a apology from them for their mistake it seems to me just accept what we have done and get on it as they will not take any responsibility about their mistakes

Like many other reviewers, I'm deeply disappointed with the results of my Nirvana fund performance. I put the minimum of $50,000 to sample the water back in late May 2025, and so 1/2 year later I'm down 3%, not including the $99/month brokerage fees. I am in the Multi-Index Growth with Inverse ETFs fund. This fund seems to look at what is hot today, and then tries to invest in that for tomorrow. This strategy has seldom worked. My $10,000 one-time license fee is supposed to get returned to me if they don't beat the S&P by 20% by next May. Now I wish I had just been in an S&P ETF for the past 1/2 year. Returns would have been superior and no $10,000 fee nor monthly $99 fees. Not sure how other reviewers can report superior performance because I am sure not satisfied.

Brilliant holiday with Jet 2 Villas to Menorca. Easy to book and arrange all of the extras. The holiday itself was fantastic, never a dull moment. Loads to do in Menorca would definitely go again. Villa with pool was beautiful and very private close to the Marina where there are a wealth of restaurants to choose from. Amazing boat trip to Trebaluger beach from the Marina. Everyone is so so friendly. Swim in the sea with fish, crystal clear turquoise waters. And car hire was included. Bit of advice... don't take out the full protection insurance with the car hire as it's worthless. You have to use the hire companies insurance which is much cheaper anyway.

Synergy Dental clinics first sent me a reminder that my appointment was due. The Synergy has a friendly staff, including the dentist Dr Shazia who took care of me.. She is amazing, ordered the crown for my teeth, based on my case, rebooked me to have it fitted . During the crown fitting, Dr Shazia and her helper were compassionate as I was in pain and that made me feel valued.At the end of my appointment, the dentist educated me on how to take good care of my teeth which I am grateful for. Thank you for taking care of me!❤️

I purchased some of Heinz carrot and coriander soup. When I was stirring the soup , it seemed to be a bit watery. And never give it a thought until I started eating the soup and it didn’t get any better. I tipped the soup down the sink. I’ve never tasted soup in fact the soup had no taste at all and I really didn’t think there was any carrots in there as well or coriander very disappointed with this soap I don’t think will be purchasing any of Hans’s products ever again

Motorwise have tricked people into thinking they will buy their care—including failure to pay for vehicles collected for sale or scrap. If they’ve failed to pay you, you’re not alone. they will then email you saying that UNIMETAL some RANDOM COMPANY who you haven't dealt because you sold your car to MOTOWISE and they are the only company you dealt with. They say UNIMETAL is bankrupt so you wont get your payment. DO NOT SELL TO THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I placed 2 orders and the second order was too small. I tried tobexchange but couldnt bc they were on sale. I reached out and received an email that they would get back to me in 3 to 5 days...thatbwas 2 weeks ago. That is ridiculous. I will no longer use this company and I will certainly not refer you to anyone else.

Really happy with Sakura Mobile. Its been almost 4 weeks since I got my connection and I've faced zero issues so far. I'm now planning to get a wifi connection for my new house as well. Would highly recommend their services to especially foreigners in Japan as they have a really good english support team.
